What is the max print size?


Orbit's max print size is 13" x 15"




How much are the setup fees (screen fees)?


There is no additional charges or set up ( screen ) fees. Our garment pricing is straight forward and all inclusive.




What is your turnaround time?


Typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days + shipping time. Allow for at least 3 additional days for interior printed tags. Any circumstances out of control (ie: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turn around time estimate.




Do you have a minimum?


We will do an order as small as 12 shirts per design but there will be some restrictions on size and number of colors. We recommend printing at least 50 for best pricing.




Can I mix and match shirt & ink colors?


Yes. Different shirt colors are ok as long as the ink colors are the same. You must order at least 6 of each shirt color. If we need to change ink colors additional fees will apply.




Can I mix shirt sizes & do I need to order in dozens?


You can order as many different shirt sizes as you want and you DON'T have to order in dozens, unless otherwise stated. Certain brands require ordering in half dozens.




I want to print on a shirt that isn't listed.


Of course! We print on hundreds of different brands but to make it easy we only list the most popular ones. Visit our digital catalog at the bottom of each category page for more options. All we need is the style number.




I'm missing a few shirts, what happened?


All orders can have up to 5% under run. Some shirts could be damaged during printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that you will receive 100% of the garments in your order. We strongly recommend ordering a few extras to account for this possibility. We always strive to give you everything you ordered, however, if there is a shortage with your order, we will refund or credit you for the difference.




Do I need to pay for my shirts now?


Yes. Your payment must be received before your order is printed.




Can I get a sample before I order?


Looking for the peace of mind from seeing, touching, or even trying on a product before placing your order? We can have a blank sample at your door within a week to make sure your printed products are exactly what you want. No Printed Samples Available.




How does your sizing work?


Sizing varies from brand to brand and garment to garment, but roughly 80% of the products on our website run true to size. Detailed sizing charts—complete with available colors—can be viewed in the Digital Catalog. I want to print on a sleeve. Is that possible?


If you want to print somewhere outside of the standard front and back print areas, it's no problem: Give our Project Specialists a call at (708) 890-8013. They’ll pull up your order, make the necessary art changes, and even send you a final proof for your approval before the order goes into production.




How can I be sure my design will be centered?


Each and every design that comes through our doors gets reviewed by a real person and edited for quality, colors, and mistakes—including image centering. Your order won’t be printed without your approval of a final proof. You have final say on everything, and we won't do anything without your expressed permission.




What if I need to re order?


Need to order more? Can do! However, keep in mind that pricing is based on quantity, so your price may go up or down depending on how many you need. Please call a member of our customer service team for details.




Do you charge sales tax?


Due to recent legal changes in regard to sales tax and online retailers, there are some states in which we are required to charge sales tax. If you live in one of those states you will see sales tax unless you're a tax exempt organization.




How can I obtain a copy of a W-9 form?


Please call or email us to request a PDF version of a W-9.




How do you determine pricing?


Your price is affected by: The quantity and quality. For screen printing by the number of ink colors used in your artwork; for embroidery the amount of stitches also by the number of print locations on the garments.




I need to re-order a few more. Is that possible?


Need a few more? It is definitely possible to re-print at least 6 items minimum ( Same Previous Design ) However, keep in mind that pricing is based on quantity & turnaround, so your price may go up or down. Please call a member of our customer service team for details.
